Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Habra. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients by making outbound calls, providing information about our services, and addressing customer queries. The Telecaller will handle follow-up calls, collect feedback, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for this role, alongside achieving specified communication and outreach targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and the ability to engage confidently with clients
- Customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for maintaining records and customer databases
- Sales and persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value of services offered
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Experience in a similar Telecalling or Customer Support role is advantageous
- Fluency in English and additional proficiency in regional languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or customer service are preferred
