Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Visa Process role located in Coimbatore South. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their visa application process. Responsibilities include providing accurate information about visa requirements, resolving client queries, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet service and quality standards while keeping the clients informed of their application status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls regarding visa-related inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information on visa application processes, requirements, and timelines.
  • Assist clients in understanding the documents and procedures required for various types of visas.
  • Handle client concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Record and maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with the team for any complex cases that require escalation.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu in any two languages is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of visa processes and documentation is a plus.
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
