Telecaller Visa Counsellor (Work From Home)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to engage with prospective clients interested in migrating to Australia. Prior experience in telesales is mandatory.
Experience in visa counselling preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads regarding migration pathways.
- Provide basic information about Australian visa options and services.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up calls for interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Deliver clear, ethical, and compliant communication at all times.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently from home with reliable internet.
- Telesales experience preferred; visa counselling experience is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
