This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Surat. The Telecaller will handle daily outbound calls to potential and existing clients, provide details about the company's services, and address any inquiries effectively. The individual will maintain accurate records of interactions, assist in lead generation, and follow up on potential opportunities. Ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication professionally, and fostering strong client relationships will be key responsibilities of this role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in active listening and the ability to understand client needs.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up efficiently.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local/regional languages spoken in the Surat area is beneficial.
