We are urgently seeking a Telecaller to join our team in Vashi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.
