Location: Coimbatore

Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM

Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our Travel & Visa Services team.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with travel requirements, flight bookings, tour packages, and visa guidance. Your primary responsibility will be converting inquiries into successful bookings while ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the company database

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

Travel Advisory

Explain international & domestic tour packages

Provide details about flight deals and hotel options

Suggest suitable travel plans based on customer needs

Visa Guidance

Inform clients about tourist, business, and study visas

Guide customers regarding required documentation and application procedures

Sales Conversion

Follow up on warm leads

Close bookings to achieve monthly sales targets

CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Update payment status and customer feedback in CRM

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Any Degree

Experience: 02 years in Telecalling / Travel Industry

(Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for travel are welcome)

Languages Required:

Fluency in English & Tamil (Mandatory)

Malayalam or Hindi (Added Advantage)

Soft Skills:

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Excellent telephone etiquette

Ability to handle objections patiently

Target-oriented mindset
