Job Role

We are hiring a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to handle customer leads, make outbound calls, follow up inquiries, and convert calls into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Call incoming and outbound leads
• Explain services and resolve customer queries
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain call records and update lead status
• Follow up with potential customers
• Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Freshers to 2 years of telecalling / sales experience
• Good communication skills in Hindi / Bengali / Basic English
• Confident and polite phone manner
• Basic computer or smartphone knowledge
• Sales mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a startup environment

Salary & Incentives
