Job Description – Telecaller (Real Estate Sales) Position: Telecaller – Real Estate Sales Location: Coimbatore Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and other relevant information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads. * Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel. * Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth lead management.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives Working Hours: Full-time
