Job Title: Telecaller (Full-Time, Onsite)

Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturday off)
Experince: Atleast 1-3 Years of Experince in Telecalling ( Preferably in IT Sector)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Telecaller who will play a key role in our lead generation and outreach efforts. This role requires making a high volume of outbound calls daily, initiating conversations with potential clients, and supporting the business development team by identifying and qualifying prospects.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with consistent calling, able to communicate effectively, and driven by targets and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 50100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients from provided databases or self-sourced leads
Clearly communicate the company's services and value proposition
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
Maintain systematic follow-ups with interested prospects
Accurately record call details, outcomes, and lead status in CRM tools or Google Sheets
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily call volume (50100 calls)
Number of qualified leads generated
Follow-up consistency and conversion tracking
Data accuracy and reporting discipline
Contribution to overall sales pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage)
Confident and professional phone presence
Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or customer interaction
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Strong listening skills and ability to respond to objections effectively
Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory

Work Environment & Expectations
This is a full-time, onsite role requiring physical presence at the office

Regular performance reviews will be conducted to track progress and improvement
