Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Chennai. The Telecaller will engage with prospective students or clients, provide information about Skillfort's training programs, and address inquiries. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, maintaining accurate call records, and scheduling follow-up calls. The Telecaller will also assist in achieving enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value of Skillfort Institute's offerings and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications are a plus
