Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer queries, and support branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, verifying customer details, and ensuring timely closure of calls and emails as per the given TAT.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Manage customer queries, payments, and receipts
  • Make welcome and introduction calls
  • Perform mobile number verification
  • Address branch-related queries
  • Raise and track tickets in the system
  • Close calls and emails within the assigned TAT
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Degree or Diploma holder
  • Freshers can apply
  • Must know any one language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to meet deadlines
