This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Kanpur Nagar. The Telecaller will engage in outbound and inbound calls to connect with clients and promote company services. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, maintaining records of customer interactions, and achieving assigned targets. The role also involves following up on leads, resolving client issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service practices, problem-solving, and handling client inquiries with professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation processes.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet targets within deadlines.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced working environment and willingness to learn company services and industry trends.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
