Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Coimbatore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, addressing customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of conversations. They will play a key role in building positive customer relationships and meeting sales or engagement targets as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries with professionalism
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills to manage call logs and customer data
- Persuasion and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Sales-oriented mindset and capability to achieve call-related targets
- Previous telecalling or telemarketing experience is an advantage
- Fluency in regional or local languages is a plus
