Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller Sales role based in Gwalior. The Telecaller Sales professional will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining the products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying new opportunities to increase sales. The role also involves maintaining a customer database, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Skills in sales techniques, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer applications
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset
- Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Only experienced candidate.
