About the Role
Are you a strong communicator with a passion for closing deals We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our call center team at Mercury EV-Tech Limited in Vadodara. As the first point of contact for potential partners and customers across the region, you will play a critical role in expanding our mobility network.
In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, guide prospects through our vehicle offerings—from electric scooters to commercial 3-wheelers—and convert warm leads into official dealership partners and retail customers.
What You Will Do
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly attend to incoming calls from prospective dealers, fleet operators, and individual buyers inquiring about our EV lineup.
- Consultative Selling: Educate callers on vehicle specifications, battery performance, BOOT (Rent-to-Own) models, and dealership margins to confidently address their questions.
- Dealership Onboarding: Guide interested entrepreneurs through the initial requirements and financial benefits of acquiring a franchise or dealership.
- Pipeline Management: Log all call details, prospect requirements, and follow-up schedules accurately into the CRM system.
- Follow-Up & Closing: Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture warm leads, overcome objections, and successfully close sales or lock in dealership agreements.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments (experience in automotive, EV, or B2B franchise sales is a major plus).
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati with excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Sales Acumen: A target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding conversion quotas.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and explain technical vehicle specifications and financing models in simple terms.
- Local Presence: Based in or willing to commute to our Vadodara office.
