We are hiring a Telecaller & Sales Executive (B2C + B2B) for our Raipur office at Dusala India.
This role needs someone who is hardcore with telecalling, confident, fast, and good at following up.
Responsibilities:
B2C:
Daily calling to customers
Follow-up with old clients
Calling abandoned checkout customers
Managing WhatsApp & Instagram enquiries
Supporting online order coordination
B2B (Hardcore Telecalling):
Calling boutiques, stores, and multi-brand retailers
Doing LinkedIn outreach to brands & buyers
Fixing appointments, pitching Dusala products
Maintaining a strong follow-up pipeline
Basic research on brands + updating client sheets
Reporting & Operations:
Daily Excel reporting (calls, follow-ups, responses)
Maintaining customer and brand databases
Coordinating with the Raipur & Delhi teams for deliveries, sampling, and responses
Requirements:
Strong communication (Hindi + English)
Must be confident on phone calls
Ability to handle both B2C & B2B calling smoothly
Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn outreach
Strong follow-up habit
Full-time, on-site role in Raipur
