Job Title: Lead Management & TeleCalling (On-Site Pune)Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicatedLead Management & Sales Executiveto handle and convert incoming leads across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, following up, and coordinating with potential customers to drive conversions and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up onWhatsApp and website inquiry leads.
  • Handleabandoned checkout leadsby contacting customers who added products to the cart but did not complete the purchase.
  • Work ongenerated leadsfrom advertisements and other marketing activities.
  • Handle bothB2B and B2C leadseffectively.
  • Call, follow up, and nurture leads to convert them into customers.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups using theCRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure smooth lead closure.
  • Provide timely responses and maintain professional communication with prospects.

Requirements:

  • Ability tocommunicate clearly and confidently in English(spoken).
  • Experience or basic understanding ofCRM tools.
  • Good calling, follow-up, and lead-handling skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable workingon-site in Pune.
