About the Role
We're looking for a( Sales cum Telecaller - F) confident, sharp-tongued saleswoman who can pick up the phone, weave a little magic, and turn curiosity into confirmed business. If you can talk, persuade, and close this seat is yours.
Key Responsibilities
- Call inbound & outbound leads generated through ads, social media, referrals, and campaigns.
- Clearly explain Beautimist's machines, services, and clinic-setup solutions.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right product or package.
- Fix appointments, follow up consistently, and close deals with confidence.
- Maintain proper call logs, lead status, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the operations/service team for demos, deliveries, and installations.
- Build trust with clients and represent Beautimist professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 23 years experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills someone who knows how to seal the deal.
- Excellent communication in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Ability to understand beauty/aesthetic machines (training will be provided).
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- High energy, disciplined follow-up, and a hunger to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Any graduate with good communication and sales skills.
- Experience in beauty/aesthetic/medical equipment field is a bonus.
