Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Coordinator who will manage leads from IndiaMART and communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and convert them into business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, calling prospects, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to IndiaMART leads and inquiries
• Call potential customers and understand their requirements
• Provide information about products/services
• Maintain a lead database
• Follow up with clients to convert leads into sales
• Coordinate with internal team for order processing
• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Experience handling IndiaMART / JustDial leads is a plus
• Comfortable making 5080 calls per day
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Self-motivated and target oriented
