Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Agra. The Telecaller will be responsible for daily communication with customers via telephonic conversations to explain services or products, resolve inquiries, and promote offerings. Other responsibilities include maintaining records of calls, updating customer information, and meeting targets outlined by the management team. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Listening skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries respectfully and patiently
- Proficiency in time management and achieving daily and monthly targets
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software or CRM tools
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach
- Fluency in local and/or additional languages will be an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
