We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts and sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
