This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via phone calls, delivering scripted information about services, answering queries, handling feedback, and following up with leads. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and working towards achieving outreach and conversion goals as part of the sales and support team.

• Proficiency in effective communication, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle sales calls, follow-ups, and lead generation
• Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems
• Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support is an advantage
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle high call volumes
• Fluency in English and regional languages relevant to Chennai
