Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute high-volume data entry tasks with precision and speed.
- Design and implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data trends and anomalies to support business insights and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and streamline workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Lead initiatives to automate and optimize data entry processes using scripts or RPA tools.
- Train and mentor junior data entry analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or data operations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks and data lifecycle management.
- Certification in data analytics or data management is a plus.
