Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our solar power solutions, and setting up appointments for further discussions. Other duties include answering customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
