Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide helpful health insurance information, and address policyholder inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities include resolving queries, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction. The Telecaller will also document call details accurately in the system and follow up on unresolved cases as required.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
- Problem-solving skills to address customer queries and concerns effectively
- Customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction
- Proficiency in record-keeping and maintaining accurate call logs
- Basic knowledge of health insurance or related services is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and multitask efficiently
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
