You will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback on call scripts and suggest improvements to the management team.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
