Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Telecaller Marketing Executives, located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to promote products or services, engaging with potential leads, conducting market research, following up with clients, and assisting in meeting sales targets. This role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop strategies and gather insights into customer preferences and industry trends.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clarity in speaking, and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability in Sales and Marketing to promote products, attract leads, and achieve targets effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite, is a plus.
