The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up with customers to close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and objections effectively
Coordinate with field sales executives for closures
Key Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English and regional language (Tamil preferred)
Basic knowledge of loan products is an added advantage
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
