Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Telecaller, located in the Pune Division. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to provide information about real estate properties, answering inquiries, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of calls, following up on leads, and scheduling property visits to support the sales team. The individual will play a key role in building rapport and ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and telemarketing techniques.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service or sales are a plus.
