Job Description

To provide efficient and professional customer service through voice-based communication channels, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product or service-related inquiries.
    • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions in a timely manner.
    • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone throughout interactions.
    • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
