Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, outspoken, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Telecaller & Lead Generation Executives. If you are someone who loves talking to people, building client relationships, and converting leads into appointments, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Clearly explain our SAAS products and services to prospects.
- Qualify leads through regular follow-ups and understand client requirements.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales/product team.
- Maintain a database of client interactions and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
- Prepare basic PowerPoint presentations and give demo sessions if required.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills English & Tamil.
- Passionate about client interaction and building relationships.
- Ability to handle objections and motivate leads toward conversion.
- Basic knowledge of using PPT, Email, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Well-spoken, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
- Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation is a plus (not mandatory).
