Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller at Krishna Furnishing Products India, based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will handle outgoing and inbound calls to engage with potential and existing clients, provide information about products and services, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer communications, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in telecalling, customer service, and handling customer queries effectively
- Basic computer skills to manage records, use CRM software, and communicate via email
- Time management and organizational skills for efficient handling of multiple customer interactions
- Sales and persuasion skills are beneficial to convert leads and achieve targets
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of furnishings or related industries is a plus
