Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in North Delhi. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about our immigration services, and assisting clients with their application process. The Telecaller will be expected to document customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus
