Telecalling & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain immigration-related services.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about available services.
- Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable immigration service options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Sales & Conversion
- Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and convincing skills.
- Explain service features, processes, requirements, and applicable charges to potential clients.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide timely updates and assistance throughout the sales process.
- Address basic customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further processing when required.
