Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali, India for a Visa Counsellor cum Telecaller. The role involves guiding clients on immigration and study abroad options, explaining eligibility criteria, and outlining documentation requirements for visas such as PR, study, visitor, and tourist visas. The Visa Counsellor cum Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting clients with form filling, document checks, and application submission, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant processing. The role also includes follow-up communication, basic data entry, and contributing to a professional and client-focused environment.

• Candidates should possess strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for effective counselling and telecalling.
• Candidates should possess customer service, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills to support diverse client needs.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, data entry, and documentation skills for maintaining accurate case files.
• Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in commerce, arts, business, or related fields are beneficial.
• Prior experience in visa consulting, study abroad counselling, or telecalling in a service-oriented environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (and/or Punjabi) is preferred to interact with a wide range of clients.
• Ability to work ethically with confidential information and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines is expected.
