Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, explaining our services, managing leads, and driving enrollments through structured follow-ups and effective communication. The Telecalling Executive will play a key role in connecting inquiries with the counselling team and supporting the organization's student enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Telecalling
Contact prospective students and parents through calls to introduce JCCCD services.
Explain counselling programs, study abroad services, and career guidance offerings.
Address basic queries and guide leads toward booking counselling sessions.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
Maintain and update lead records within internal systems.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Track lead progress and support conversion into enrollments.
Communication & Relationship Building
Build rapport with students and parents through professional communication.
Understand student requirements and connect them with the counselling team.
Ensure a positive experience for prospective students throughout the inquiry process.
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Self-driven, proactive, and responsible with the ability to learn quickly.
Prior experience in telecalling, student counselling, lead conversion, or sales roles preferred.
Comfortable interacting with students and parents over phone calls.
Work Schedule
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Monday
Work Mode: On-site (South Extension Office, New Delhi)
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Counselling / Admissions Team
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and performance
