Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information about offerings.
  • Generate and qualify leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team where applicable.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Assist in database management and maintaining customer contact lists.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate (preferred) or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
