Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists
- Handle and resolve customer queries regarding the company's products or services
- Maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate communication and diligent follow‐ups
- Follow up with customers to introduce new products or services and document feedback for further action
- Collect accurate customer information and update the CRM system
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions
- Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
Required Skill Set :
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of financial products
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities
- Basic computer knowledge, along with familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
Compensation range (Salary) : 1.20 Lakhs to 2.40 Lakhs LPA
Job Location : Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
Working Days : Mon to Sat
Timing : 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
