Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists 
  • Handle and resolve customer queries regarding the company's products or services 
  • Maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate communication and diligent follow‐ups 
  • Follow up with customers to introduce new products or services and document feedback for further action 
  • Collect accurate customer information and update the CRM system 
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions 
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes

Required Skill Set :

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written 
  • Basic knowledge of financial products 
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities 
  • Basic computer knowledge, along with familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously

Compensation range (Salary) : 1.20 Lakhs to 2.40 Lakhs LPA

Job Location :  Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Working Days :  Mon to Sat

Timing : 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
