Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Telecaller for our international domain operations in an on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Telecaller will handle outbound calls to international clients to present our digital solutions and services, address client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Customer service abilities with an emphasis on understanding and fulfilling client needs
• Basic knowledge of outbound calling and lead generation processes will be preferred
• Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is advantageous
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and office productivity software
• Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales, particularly in international markets, is a plus
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
