Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to handle personal loan leads generated via

marketing campaigns. The role involves engaging with salaried individuals, following up through calls,

WhatsApp, email, and managing the entire journey through our CRM. Coordination with Credit and

Operations teams is a key to ensuring smooth processing and high conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.

Explain products/services and address customer queries.

Maintain daily call logs.

Follow up with customers and leads regularly.

Meet assigned targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English/Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office

Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

High level of patience and professionalism.

Quick learner and adaptable to dynamic work situations.

Resident of Dehradun

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.

Ability to work in a team environment.
