We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team at DaveAI, a leading Conversational AI company transforming how brands engage customers through AI-powered agents. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients helping generate interest, qualify leads, and build relationships that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce DaveAI's solutions and explain our offerings.
- Conduct lead qualification and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain a daily calling log and update CRM records with key interactions.
- Follow up with inbound leads from events, campaigns, and website forms.
- Work closely with marketing to support pre- and post-event outreach.
- Understand client requirements and share feedback with internal teams.
- Represent the brand professionally and communicate clearly with prospects.
What We're Looking For
- 0-6 months of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proactive, target-driven, and eager to learn about AI-based solutions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus
