As a Telecaller at Adhivaha Private Limited, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, responsible for reaching out to potential clients and providing them with information about our services. Your excellent English and Hindi proficiency, both spoken and written, will be key in effectively communicating with customers. Proficiency in MS-Excel will also be necessary for maintaining accurate records and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through phone calls to introduce company services and generate leads.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update information in the company database.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and provide support as needed.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
