Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about ToppersNotes.com courses, study materials, and academic solutions.
- Understand student needs, academic background, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Generate enrollments through inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and digital leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Clearly explain course structure, pricing, benefits, and learning outcomes.
- Handle objections professionally and guide students through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate student data, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with content, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Participate in admission drives, counseling sessions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Stay updated on educational trends, competitive offerings, and examination patterns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Management preferred).
- Prior experience in academic counseling, education sales, or admissions (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).
- Ability to counsel, persuade, and guide students ethically.
- Target-driven with a student-centric approach.
- Good listening skills and empathy toward student concerns.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Energetic, patient, and resilient under pressure.
