Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential donors, sponsors, and partners to promote our programs and initiatives.
- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking information about our organization and how they can get involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in our database.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to cultivate relationships and secure donations or partnerships.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to meet and exceed monthly fundraising goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to all callers and represent She Can Foundation in a professional manner.
- Stay informed about current events and trends related to women's empowerment to effectively communicate our mission and impact.
