Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management team.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and build relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.
