We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
