Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families to provide information about our nursing programs, handling inquiries, managing follow-up calls, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves assisting with enrollment processes and building meaningful connections with clients to foster a positive experience with Genics Nursing.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in verbal and written English
• Customer-service orientation with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Time management and organizational skills to effectively handle inquiries and maintain detailed records
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management tools
• Proactive listening and problem-solving skills to address client questions and concerns
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or communication are a plus
