Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling.
• Prepare daily reports on call activities and outcomes.
