Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in telecalling and will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and screen candidates for various job openings.
  • Explain job details, requirements, and company info clearly.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain and update daily call and candidate records.
  • Follow up for documents, interview status, and joining updates.
  • Meet daily and weekly calling and placement targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
