Telecaller Female

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller (Female) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in lead generation. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to queries.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions over the phone.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Sales or telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Kannada language is Mandatory
